Women Who Are Elevating Others Through Fascination

Women’s History Month is about more than looking back. It is about recognizing the leaders shaping what comes next. That is why we are calling it Women’s Future Month, because the work women are doing today is creating a legacy that will last for generations.

Across industries, women are leading, innovating, and making their mark. The truth is, they do not need permission to take up space. They already bring value, ideas, and influence. The challenge is not stepping into leadership, it is having the right words to articulate how they lead best.

That’s where Fascinate Certified Advisors™ (FCAs) come in. These individuals have been trained in the science of fascination, helping others discover what makes them stand out and communicate with clarity. They aren’t here to change people. Instead, they help leaders recognize their own value, define it, and apply it in their careers and lives.

This Women’s Future Month, we’re celebrating three FCAs who are helping other women own their message, make bold moves, and create undeniable impact.

Michelle: Giving Women the Words to Own Their Value

Michelle recently worked with a group of 41 rising women leaders, each bringing talent and ambition to the table. While many already knew what they were good at, they struggled to put it into words. Through her Fascinate Forward Coaching, Michelle guided them to:

• Identify and communicate their best qualities
• Develop personal brand statements they could use in real conversations
• Use their Fascinate results to advocate for their careers

During these coaching sessions, many had breakthrough moments as they realized how to express their value with confidence. The resume builder and personal brand statement exercises were especially effective, helping them describe their contributions in a way that felt clear and natural.
The results were game-changing. Women left feeling seen and energized, ready to apply what they learned in company meetings, leadership discussions, and networking opportunities.

Jane: Helping Women Thought Leaders Command Their Space

Jane works with top-tier B2B advisors who are already making an impact in their industries. The problem? Many had never been given a clear framework to communicate their value in a way that felt natural and compelling.

One of her clients had a major breakthrough after seeing her Fascinate profile. She leaned into her personal communication style, stopped second-guessing herself, and doubled her revenue in one year!

Jane knows that when women own their message, they step forward with a different kind of presence. And that changes everything.

Wesleyne: Elevating Women in Leadership

Wesleyne recently led a Fascinate session for 75 high-achieving women, each handpicked by their executive leadership team. These women were already excelling, but now they had a new advantage in knowing how to describe how they lead best.

Through this session, they:

Walked away with tools to speak about their impact in a powerful way

Learned how to communicate their ideas with greater confidence

Understood how to navigate challenges using their natural Advantages

Why This Work Matters

This Women’s Future Month, we celebrate these FCAs for giving women the tools to step forward with certainty. Because when one woman finds her voice, she inspires countless others to do the same.

When women can clearly communicate what they bring to the table, they step up and make lasting impact.
